白玉しらたまぜんざいをつくりました😋

I made shiratama zenzai.

白玉しらたまは、もちごめこなからつくる、もちもちしたお団子だんごです。

Shiratama are chewy rice dumplings made from glutinous rice flour.

あずきをって、みず一緒いっしょるだけなので、簡単かんたんです✨

It’s easy to make because you just cook the sweet red beans with water.

あずきが大好だいすきです。

I love sweet red beans.

なつやしてべるとおいしいです。

It is delicious when served chilled in summer.

「白玉」 is read 「しらたま」. 「白」 means “white,” and 「玉」 can mean a small round object, which describes the dumplings’ appearance.
