About the Site & Materials

1. Who creates the materials?

All materials are created by qualified Japanese teachers with professional training and teaching experience. They are carefully designed with attention to learners' common difficulties. Not only reading materials, but also fun content from real lessons is included to make learning engaging.

2. What level of learners is this site for?

This site is for learners who want to gradually improve their Japanese reading skills. It is especially recommended for JLPT N5–N3 level learners, but we also provide materials for N2 and N1 levels. From beginners solidifying the basics to advanced learners, a wide range of levels is supported.

3. What are the features of this site?

All reading materials are carefully adjusted by vocabulary and grammar according to level. The site is designed so that learners can read comfortably without feeling overwhelmed. Materials are carefully selected for enjoyment, and you can choose stories based on summaries. In addition to reading materials, other content such as Japanese culture topics and conversation practice is also available.

4. Are audio recordings available?

Most reading materials come with audio recordings. Audio will be added to all materials over time. Free members can listen to some sample audio. Premium members can access all available audio recordings. Audio features natural Japanese pronunciation and allows speed adjustment.

5. Will new reading materials continue to be added?

Yes. New reading materials and other content will continue to be added. Audio will be provided gradually. Annual plan members can enjoy new content throughout the year, gradually enriching the learning experience.

6. Is there a free version?

Yes. All materials in "Textbooks" (lessons 1–50) are free to use. Before registering, you can check some stories in "Stories" as samples. Additionally, audio for "Textbooks" lessons 1–5 is available as a trial.

7. Can I use the materials for self-study?

Yes. You can learn anytime, anywhere, at your own pace. It's useful for reviewing lessons or supporting independent study.

Account & Sign-in

8. What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. A link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email. Please set a new password within the link's validity period. If you are signed in to My Page, you can also change your password there anytime.

9. Can I change my email address?

Yes. You can change it from My Page. When changing, a confirmation link will be sent to the new email. Click the link and enter your password to confirm the change.

10. I can't sign in on another device.

You cannot use the account simultaneously on multiple devices. Sign out from the account on the other device before signing in again.

11. How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, please cancel your subscription first. If you delete your account without cancelling, charges may continue. You can delete your account from My Page.

Subscriptions & Plans

12. What can I do if I purchase a subscription?

If you purchase a subscription, you get unlimited access to all reading materials on the site. You can also listen to all available audio and access other content such as Japanese culture and conversation practice. You can freely use all learning content on the site and enjoy the learning experience to the fullest.

13. When does the subscription start?

The subscription starts when the purchase is completed. Monthly plan: valid for one month from the purchase date. Annual plan: valid for one year from the purchase date.

14. By when should I cancel my subscription?

Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. If you miss this 24-hour deadline, the next billing cycle will be charged. You can check the renewal date on My Page.

15. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from My Page. Cancelling does not delete your account. You can access member-only content until the end of your current subscription period. After that, access will be stopped.

16. What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?

Even after cancelling the monthly plan, you can use the service until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for amounts already paid.

17. What happens if I cancel the annual plan?

You can cancel at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of your paid period. The annual plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period.

18. Can I change my plan during the subscription period?

You can upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan anytime. You cannot change from an annual plan to a monthly plan during the contract period. After the contract period ends, you can switch plans. Changes will take effect from the next billing cycle. To change, cancel your current plan and purchase the desired plan. The annual plan has a 7-day refund guarantee (once per person).

19. What payment methods are available?

Currently, only credit cards are accepted. Other payment methods will be added gradually in the future.

20. What should I do if I have a problem with subscription or payment?
